Richie
“It's a shot in the dark, but I gotta go with my gut.”
A police officer with the NCCA and a major asset to the A.C.D. She fights crime by day and works a second job at night. Her official profile advises anyone she arrests to cooperate: the NCCA canteen is not bad, and she always cleans her plate. Refusing means dodging her fists.
Design
Rose-pink hair cut to the shoulder, violet eyes, and a pair of small dark horns. She wears a blue and black sleeveless top with a pendant choker and long fingerless gloves. The background is a city street with a yellow taxi, placing her firmly in Nova City rather than in an arena.
